This Privacy Policy explains how BuiltBySaleem handles information on this website and for orders made on Etsy. This website is a showcase only. There is no checkout, cart, or payment on this website.
This website itself
You can browse this website with no account and no payment details here. Contact is through Etsy only, so no email address is listed here. This website does not ask you to create an account or enter payment details.
What order information Etsy gives
When you buy on Etsy, Etsy gives the maker the order information needed to fulfil the order. That can include your name, your email address, and your order details. Etsy Payments handles payment, so the maker does not see your payment card details.
How order information is used
Order information is used only to fulfil the order, send the download, and help with a problem or dispute about the order. It is not used for any other purpose.
Sharing
Order information is not shared with shipping carriers, because nothing is shipped. Information is shared only if the law requires it, or to prevent fraud.
How long information is kept
Order information is kept for as long as Etsy keeps order records, or as long as the law requires. After that, it is not kept for use by the maker.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your order information, a correction, or deletion through Etsy, as far as Etsy allows. For help with an order, message through Etsy.
Your planner data is separate
Your planner works on your own device. Nothing you type in the planner is hosted or uploaded to the internet by the maker. Your planner data stays personal and private.
